The master suite has a king bed, 2 walk-in closets & a walk-in shower. The guest’s suite includes a queen bed and a full bath / En-suite. enjoy your meals seated at the kitchen island, in the dining room or out on the screened lanai. Both a washer & dryer along with a drying rack are located right in the condo. * additional hoa fees & completion of all transfer forms will apply to all babcock national reservations. Applicable fees will be added to your initial reservation if you are arriving in less than 60 days. * for arrivals 60 days or more: you will be mailing the mandatory hoa transfer membership forms & a fee of $150. There is also an optional $100 golf membership transfer fee. Gate / Vehicle transponders are $50 each & resort amenity passes are $25 each. Details on how these forms & fees are handled, will be shared with you at the time of your final payment reminder.
