The owner's suite and bath are separated by a generous walk-in closet. The second / Guest bedroom opens to a full guest bathroom as well. The dining room is located across from the den which offers additional sleeping space in the form of a comfortable queen size murphy bed. There is a brand new sofa in the living room and the owners have the condo ready for you to enjoy your stay. The veranda condos offer a front and a rear screened lanai which overlooks the babcock national golf course. The babcock national amenity center includes a clubhouse, restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, resort-style pool, lap lane pool and spa with a tiki bar & grill and a state-of-the-art fitness center, along with a sauna and day spa for your use. There is a also a kayak launch and fishing pier. (the clubhouse and restaurant will be coming in the near future.) this is a pet friendly rental. Additional hoa fees and required paperwork are due to the hoa prior to the start of the lease. A 15 day pre-approval period is required prior to all arrivals.
