The South Florida Business Journal reports that Miramar’s City Commission considered plans for the project now known as “the Residences at Foxcroft Cove” on September 18th. Georgia-based Nurock Cos., which has the build site under contract from IT Webcam LLC, has plans for a mid-rise housing development.

The Residences at Foxcroft Cove would comprise 93,000 square feet of new construction, offering 84 apartments ranging from 650 to 1,061 square feet each. Floorplans would span one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, and communal amenities would include a lobby, fitness center, and swimming pool. Plans also call for 189 parking spots, averaging about 2.25 spots per unit.
