It is the responsibility of the tenant to ensure no water leak or open water faucet is left unattended as this will raise the bill and incur additional charges. No commercial van or vehicle is allowed to park in the front. tenants will be responsible for the full electricity bill. Owner will provide the tenant with $100 credit towards electricity bill.
