Old Town II is a mix use project (in the development phase) consisting of 319 residential apartment units and approximately 3,400 square feet of commercial/retail space. The project will have one 10-story building and one six-story building connected by two pedestrian bridges. It will also feature a fitness center, yoga deck, resort style swimming pool on the 6th floor, spa, clubhouse, movie lounge, residential lounge, postal lounge, resident bike shop and a pet park. The project is being developed by Cavache Properties in Pompano’s downtown innovation district in the Old Town arts and entertainment corridor. The Downtown Innovation District has become the focus of the Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).
