Coral Sample LLC, represented by Rod Sheldon of Boca Raton-based Predesco and Arctrust Investment Manager of Clifton, New Jersey, facilitated the sale. At $102 per square foot, the transaction underscores the site’s high-value potential in this sought-after location.

According to initial reports by the South Florida Business Journal, plans for the site include an eight-story apartment building designed by Dorsky + Yue International Architecture, featuring 361 contemporary residential units. The development will also offer 24,200 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, enhancing its appeal as a live-work-play destination. Resident-focused amenities will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, and a sky terrace with sweeping views of the area.

This acquisition marks Mill Creek Residential’s second phase of investment in the Cornerstone development, complementing its ongoing project, Modera Coral Springs, on the southern portion of the property. That development, with 351 apartments and 17,329 square feet of retail space, is poised to elevate modern urban living standards.
