Ziggurat is a bespoke sanctuary in the heart of Coconut Grove, where biophilic design meets timeless architecture. Inspired by ancient stepped ziggurats, it integrates greenery throughout, blending organic materials and tropical plantings across 19 private residences and five floors of boutique office space.

Designed by Oppenheim Architecture and Collarte Interiors, the building weaves nature into every corner—oolite stone, warm woods, living greenery, and light-filled interiors—culminating in an open-air paseo with MICHELIN-starred dining, curated boutiques, and European-style cafés.

Soft, organic textures and elevated finishes define these light-filled homes with soaring ceilings, smart technology, and private elevators. Residences feature deep terraces with summer kitchens, imported Italian stone, and a palette that echoes the Grove’s natural beauty.

Ziggurat’s residences are quiet reflections of Coconut Grove—air-filled spaces wrapped in natural textures, coastal tones, and soft light.

Soaring 11-foot ceilings, imported Italian stone, and pale woods set the tone, while 12-foot-deep terraces come complete with summer kitchens and chef-grade grills.

Each home, from two to five bedrooms, includes private elevators and smart home features—offering a refined retreat rooted in nature.
