Its versatility extends beyond mastering, with possibilities for mixing, music production, podcasting, content creation, video production, private theater, immersive gaming and other creative uses. For buyers seeking additional residential space, the detached building may also be converted into a guest house or in-law suite. The existing half bath includes plumbing and a drain for a future shower. Combined with the building's multiple rooms and central lounge area, this provides an excellent starting point for a potential conversion if desired. Fullersound, inc., the business itself, and professional studio equipment shown are not included in the sale.
