Architectural Brilliance

Twin 60-story towers soar gracefully from a shared podium, where an 85-foot waterfall cascades toward the Miami River, merging nature with urban grandeur. The elevated podium offers sweeping views, seamlessly connecting lush parkland, the dramatic waterfall, and an expansive River Walk plaza—destined to become the neighborhood’s vibrant heart.

The towers, offset and perpendicular, reunite at the summit with a three-story Skybridge, crafting an unmistakable silhouette against Miami’s skyline. More than a residence, One River Point is a vertical landmark—a testament to the city’s bold future, rising from the thriving core of downtown.
