Oak Row Equities has commenced construction of 2600 Biscayne Boulevard, a landmark 41-storey mixed-use tower set to redefine Miami's Edgewater neighborhood. This Class AAA development will integrate luxury multi family residences with prime office spaces, setting a new standard for urban living and working.

The building will showcase an original mural by artist Derrick Adams on its western facade, adding a significant cultural element visible throughout the area. Located one block from the future Northeast Corridor rail stop, 2600 Biscayne occupies an entire city block and will offer 187,000 square feet of office and retail space, along with 399 luxury rental residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom units with dens. Construction is projected to be completed by Q3 2026.
