This 2 BR/2BA condo is in a convienent area of the beach and has a large kitchen / great room area, inside utility room and lanai with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and beach. This corner unit also offers nice breezes from the gulf side and side of building. This unit DID NOT flood during Hurricane Ian, but water meter had showed dampness in some drywall (Probably due to blown in water intrusion from higher unit?) so some drywall has been removed and replaced as a precaution and that work is now done.
