Before Ian, this charming 3/2 Island pool home was a tranquil and peaceful retreat, sitting on the 50-acre "Mantanzas Preserve" and surrounded by the sights and sounds of the island. The layout has an almost "Hacienda" feeling with rooms opening on to the very private courtyard. Although protected by a new roof (2020), it needs a new family and needs to be remediated. A new pavered drive was also installed in July, 2022. The pool/spa deck has Travertine tile and also has a very convenient pool bath, and added outdoor shower.
