ANF, a leading full-service construction and development firm, has been selected as the general contractor for Sevilla at Downtown Doral, a two-phase residential development by Codina Partners that will bring 412 new units to the heart of Downtown Doral in Miami-Dade County.

Located at the corner of NW 53rd Street and NW 52nd Terrace, the project spans 4.2 acres and will be built in two phases. The first phase features a seven-story mid-rise residential building—Downtown Doral’s first of its kind—offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences ranging from 720 to 1,708 square feet.

Residents will enjoy more than 15,800 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space. Outdoor features include a resort-style pool deck with beach entry, private cabanas, BBQ stations, and a tranquil zen courtyard with lush landscaping and a large dog park. The rooftop wellness deck will offer pickleball courts, a yoga yard, walking paths, and comfortable lounge areas. Inside, the building includes a two-story state-of-the-art fitness center, an elegant resident lounge, and a dedicated ride-sharing lobby.

The development will be delivered in two phases. Initial move-ins are scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2027, with full project completion expected by the fourth quarter of that year.
