Baron Property Group Secures $206 Million Construction Loan for Metro Parc North in Hialeah, FL
Miami and New York-based real estate developer Baron Property Group (BPG) has secured $206 million in construction financing for Metro Parc North, a new ground-up multifamily development in Hialeah, Florida. The loan was provided by private investment firm Post Road Group, with Ayush Kapahi, Principal and Founding Partner at HKS Real Estate Advisors, facilitating the transaction.
Construction on the project began last month and is progressing as planned, with an expected completion date in late 2027. Metro Parc North will expand Hialeah’s residential offerings, catering to the growing demand for modern multifamily housing in the area.
This strategic financing underscores BPG’s continued growth in South Florida’s dynamic real estate market.
