DAR Finish Specialties, Inc. has been subcontracted to perform a comprehensive scope of interior finish work for Ambar Station. Their responsibilities will include the furnishing and installation of doors, frames, door hardware, millwork, shelving, bathroom accessories, postal specialties, and fire specialties throughout all residential units and common areas. DAR’s expert craftsmanship will help deliver a durable and aesthetically cohesive interior environment consistent with Vestcor’s vision.

Ambar Station is currently in the pre-construction phase, with the demolition of existing buildings scheduled as the first step. The 112 homes would be in three stories, with communal amenities including a fitness center, swimming pool, and 145 parking spots. CTD Architecture designed the garden-style community; Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer. General contractor Coastland Construction intends to finish construction in early 2026.
