Their responsibilities will include the furnishing and installation of doors, frames, door hardware, millwork, shelving, bathroom accessories, postal specialties, and fire specialties throughout all residential units and common areas. Construction has started on Beacon at Princeton Hill, the first venture under the Live Local Act to break ground, according to the South Florida Business Journal.There would be 41 one-bedroom and 71 two-bedroom residences; per the project’s website, they will measure 621 to 914 square feet.
