Ambar Station is a planned multifamily residential development located at 27742 and 27860 S. Dixie Highway in Homestead, Florida. Developed by The Vestcor Companies, the project spans 7.8 acres and will introduce 576 apartment units across two eight-story buildings and two three-story buildings. DAR Finish Specialties, Inc. has been subcontracted to perform a comprehensive scope of interior finish work for Ambar Station. Their responsibilities will include the furnishing and installation of doors, frames, door hardware, millwork, shelving, bathroom accessories, postal specialties, and fire specialties throughout all residential units and common areas. DAR’s expert craftsmanship will help deliver a durable and aesthetically cohesive interior environment consistent with Vestcor’s vision.
Ambar Station is currently in the pre-construction phase, with the demolition of existing buildings scheduled as the first step. Completion is anticipated in 2026, at which point the development will become a significant addition to Homestead’s residential landscape, offering thoughtfully designed, amenity-rich living in a prime location.
