About Ambar Station

Ambar Station is a planned multifamily residential development located at 27742 and 27860 S. Dixie Highway in Homestead, Florida. Developed by The Vestcor Companies, the project spans 7.8 acres and will introduce 576 apartment units across two eight-story buildings and two three-story buildings. Designed by Anillo Toledo Lopez Architecture, the community will offer a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, along with more than 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 852 parking spaces, including 158 electric vehicle charging stations.

Communal amenities at Ambar Station will include two resort-style swimming pools, enhancing the lifestyle offering for future residents. The community is strategically located near a local busway station, supporting transit-oriented development in one of Miami Dade County’s rapidly growing residential corridors.

First Florida Constructors, LLC., based in Miami, is serving as the general contractor and will oversee all phases of construction, from demolition through final delivery. Their leadership will ensure the project is executed to high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

DAR Finish Specialties, Inc. has been subcontracted to perform a comprehensive scope of interior finish work for Ambar Station.
