One of my favorite, gated, 55+ communities in florida. I own a condo here myself, and this community is amazing. If you're not familiar with it, check out cenclubdotcom. Not only is this a beautiful community, but grantham e is one of the best buildings in the community. Not only is it located next by a pool on one side, and clubhouse with a pool on the other, but this building is managed by a very well organized board of directors, as you can see from building's website granthamedotcom. This 1 bedroom 1.5 bath, 720 sq ft, fully furnished condo, with large back porch is located on the 4th (top) floor of an elevator building. Apartment has an open kitchen, and very nice floors. It comes with an assigned parking space, right in
