The master bathroom is attached and includes both an oversized tub and a walk-in shower stall, and a double-sink vanity. guest bedrooms/bathrooms: as villa liza is a partial-split floor plan, two of the additional bedrooms are on the other side of the house off the kitchen area. The first guest room features a king-sized bed, flat-screen tv, and has its own slider with access to the lanai. The second guest room has a queen-sized bed. The final guest room is a converted den and features two twin-sized beds and is located on the same side of the house as the master. All guest bedrooms share the second full bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. pool/lanai/dock: the most popular spot of the house will no doubt be the spacious lanai with the electric-heated pool. Whether you want to soak up the sun and work on your tan, float in the pool, or relax on the outdoor couch to enjoy good company, this space has something for everyone!
