The 1.15-acre site was acquired in June 2023 for 5.2 million, reflecting the area’s rising prominence.

Architectural Excellence by Arquitectonica

Designed by the globally acclaimed firm Arquitectonica, Tech Tower promises a striking blend of elegance and innovation. Alejandro Arias, the attorney representing the developers, emphasized the project’s goal to “deliver refined architecture that enhances the visual and functional appeal of this key corridor near FIU.” The tower’s sleek, modern aesthetic will establish it as a landmark in Miami’s evolving skyline.

Beyond its architectural significance, Tech Tower represents a forward-thinking approach to urban development—one that prioritizes accessibility, wellness, and community engagement. As Miami continues to expand, projects like this are shaping neighborhoods into thriving, inclusive spaces where residents don’t just live, but flourish.
