ANF, a leading full-service construction and development firm, has been selected as the general contractor for Sevilla at Downtown Doral, a two-phase residential development by Codina Partners that will bring 412 new units to the heart of Downtown Doral in Miami-Dade County.

Located at the corner of NW 53rd Street and NW 52nd Terrace, the project spans 4.2 acres and will be built in two phases. The first phase features a seven-story mid-rise residential building—Downtown Doral’s first of its kind—offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences ranging from 720 to 1,708 square feet.
