This community is so quaint, where you know all your neighbors, and best of all most condo complexes are huge and there's no green space. It has 1 remodeled bathroom and 2 sunny , spacious bedrooms. I've had the pleasure to sell in here before and thus have met several neighbors as well. What a fun, calm quiet place to live. This is a 55 and up condominium. Several of the neighbors go out daily to do fun things such as the beach or restaurants, (i was there when they were gathering in the courtyard for a beach day) and some just like to stay home where its nice and quiet.
