The second phase of the Superior Manor development is located at the 2349 NW 51st St, Miami, FL 33142. The  development is a second phase of the already existing 139- unit elderly affordable housing development, which serves elderly residents who qualify at the 60% Area Median Income (AMI) level. In keeping with the needs of the neighborhood, the proposed phase two development plan consist of adding an additional seventy-six (76) quality, affordable housing units to the Liberty City area for families.
