Okay, fine, you're more of an introvert, which is totally awesome, and i totally get it. It's 2025. Escape the chaos and the overcrowded venues. Drive, uber, lyft, rideshare, taxi (do taxis still exist?) go to the beach! So many people live in florida and don't visit the beach? It's good for you! You will definitely need uv sun shirts, tents, umbrellas, sunscreen (lots of sunscreen)...It's hot in florida, in case you needed a reminder. The nearby beaches are ocean reef park, juno beach park (pier), and jupiter beach...Only the true locals know about pierless and double roads (i can't give out too many secrets). The property is 4.9 miles to the beach and under 15 miles to palm beach international airport. I guess now it's a good time to tell you about the property. This beauty is loaded with upgrades: 2019 roof, 2021 ac, 2018 water heater, 2019 electrical panel, 2015 all impact windows and doors + some shutters to cover up and protect your investment, new flooring (you're in luck because the property comes with four different types of flooring in case you get bored with the others), interior and exterior freshly painted, electric fireplace for the two or three days it might be cold in florida.
