To get to gulf, walking or by bike, take Anchor Dr (next street) to footbridge over canal onto Spoonbill Pl. Follow Spoonbill to end & cross East Gulf Dr to Sanibel Estates beach access path which is west of Sandalfoot tennis court. Unit was NOT damaged during Hurricane Ian but some 1st level units below flooded. Association has hired Cotten remediation company which removed drywall & dried out those lower units. No determination yet on special assessment still working with FEMA. Upper units may be available for occupancy before summer.
