This home is a tropical paradise; close to fort myers beach. There is a large shed/cottage with electricity custom built in the backyard; along with two electrical water fountains; a custom built in smokehouse for barbeques; a large gazebo; a pineapple garden; a custom built flagstaff stone wall; an underground propane tank for the generator is setup outside; a well for watering the lawn and gardens; and a screened in pool cage with a heated pool via solar panels on the roof. Solar panels were not damaged by the hurricane. Pool deck needs repairing. House has been completely restored from the hurricane damage except the pool. There is a working fireplace in the living room. The house has working electrical and manual hurricane shutters throughout. The generator needs replacing outside and the pool needs repairs.
