This Board, as well as previous Boards, have taken their fiduciary responsibility seriously by maintaining and protecting the Association and all people therein. At the top of this responsibility list are life safety items, such as Structural items, Fire Safety, Elevators, Electrical, and Water services. Currently, Palm Beach County does not require a 40 year certification but we do expect that to change in the very near future and it's apparent and certain that we need to prepare for emergency orders coming from Tallahassee.
