It comes with an assigned parking space, right in front of the building. Monthly HOA fees are $481. Minimum downpayment must be at least 20%. Minimum credit score 650. Units must be occupied by at least one 55 yrs old or older. Apartment comes with a storage unit. Laundry on each floor. Century Village offers the finest in 55 plus lifestyle amenities with its massive clubhouse featuring a 1500 seat theater, indoor and outdoor heated pools, Billiards, library, wood shop, stained glass, art, and clay workshops, party room, card rooms, table tennis, fitness center, shuttle bus service, pickle ball, bocce ball, tennis, shuffleboard, security and shuttle service, and so much more. Located 4 miles from beach and lots shopping nearby. You'll love this place! Restrictions: Children/teenagers under 18 years old cannot permanently reside in the unit. No Pets, with the exception of service or support animals approved by the Board, with proper documentation(s) attesting to the medical needs for such animal. No leasing for first 24 months of purchase by new owner. No leasing as regular practice business or investment. Minimum 3 months lease, only once per 12 months.
